Processing of parcels includes:

PREPARATION

• Processing of address database
• пPersonalization of enclosures (flyers and other enclosures)
• Completion of the parcel by lists

PACKAGING

• Use of corrugated boxes of all sizes (custom manufacturing), kraft paper, etc.
• Assignment of barcode
• Applying the address label
• Additional use of protective packaging
  (thermal and air-bubble wrap, cardboard etc.)
• Packing with scotch tape (manufacturing of scotch tape with logo)

SHIPPING

• Dispatching through the branch of UPCPS “Ukrposhta”, which is located at the production site of the company
• Courier delivery
• Preparation of forwarding documentation
  (Forms: 103, 116, 117 and 115, etc.)

REPORT

• Work organization and control at all stages
• Report on all letters posted
